chicken liver - 300 gr

canned peas - 1/2 can

boiled egg - 1 pc

Chinese cabbage - 2 leaves

onion - 1/2 head

apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp

sugar - 1 tsp.

salt

vegetable oil - for frying

Method

Wash the chicken liver and cut it into small pieces.

Pour oil into a frying pan and quickly fry the liver for 5 minutes.

Cut the onion into thin slices, fill with cold water, add sugar and vinegar.

Marinate for 5 minutes.

Place chopped cabbage leaves, liver, peas, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise in a salad bowl - mix everything.

Place pickled onions on top.

Decorate with greens.
