Mushroom soup with cream


Ingredients :

water - 1 l

boletus mushrooms - 250 gr

onions - 2 pcs

vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

butter - 15 gr

cream 10% - 200 ml

noodles (I have egg noodles) - 200 gr

potatoes - 2 medium tubers

salt

pepper

parsley

Method :

Sort the mushrooms, wash and dry

Peel the onions and potatoes

Finely chop the onion and fry in a mixture of two oils, vegetable and butter, until golden brown

Finely chop the mushrooms and add to the onion, stir and fry until the liquid has evaporated, about five minutes

Cut the potatoes, add water and put on gas; when it boils, remove the foam, add fried mushrooms and onions, cook for about 15 minutes

Next, pour in the cream and simmer for a minute

Then add the noodles and cook for another three minutes

Add salt and pepper to taste

Chop and add parsley, stir and turn off the gas

Let it brew a little under the lid
