Ingredients :
cookies - 200 gr
butter - 60-70 gr
zest of 0.5 orange or lemon
condensed milk - 300 gr
2 yolks or 2 tbsp. egg powder
zest of 0.5 orange or lemon
juice of 0.5 orange or lemon

Method :
Grind any loose or packaged cookies into crumbs
Melt the butter
Pour the butter into the cookie crumbs
Add lemon or orange zest
Grind everything together
Compact in an even layer along the bottom of the mold with sides. I lined the pan with parchment paper
Add yolks (or egg powder) and citrus zest to the condensed milk
Extract juice from half a lemon or orange.
Grind the filling and pour onto the cookie layer
Take any berry, I came across cranberries in the freezer
Scatter the frozen berries directly over the entire top
Cool completely and cut into bars
Serve with coffee or tea
