Method

To prepare Mushroom Rocket soup, you need to take 2-2.5 liters of water.

Cut the onion into cubes and fry in butter, add chopped mushrooms (mushrooms can be any - champignons, oyster mushrooms, frozen, dried) and lightly fry.

Add minced meat to the prepared mushrooms (I used chicken, you can use any).

Bring to readiness.

Add 150 g to boiling water. melted cheese, mix.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and add to the broth, then add the fried mushrooms and minced meat.

After boiling, cook for 5-10 minutes.
