Method :

Let's take cucumbers, I use half a kilogram of medium-fruited cucumbers for cooking, but this is not important, you can take any

We cut off the ends of the cucumbers, and beat the cucumbers themselves with the flat side of the knife until obvious longitudinal cracks appear. Or we just press them down

The main point of this procedure is that the structure of the cucumbers will be disrupted and they will marinate much faster than simply sliced ​​ones

After the cucumbers are beaten, cut them

I prefer to first cut the cucumbers lengthwise and then into fairly thick half mugs

Transfer the prepared cucumbers to a deep bowl

Add enough salt, mix them and set them aside

Cut the hot Thai chili pepper into half rings

I remind you that when working with chili pepper, do not rub your nose or eyes under any circumstances, otherwise you will not have a very pleasant experience

We also chop a small bunch of cilantro and several green onions, or, as in my case, one large feather

In a frying pan, stirring, heat a few tablespoons of sesame seeds until golden brown and let it cool

Drain the released juice from the cucumbers. We pass 2 cloves of garlic through a garlic press; I recommend passing the garlic through the press so that it releases its juice better

Add previously chopped Thai chili peppers, cilantro and green onions to the cucumbers and garlic

Add 2 tbsp to the vegetables. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. fish sauce, 1 tbsp. sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds

Then mix everything together and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

There are no tricks to serving broken cucumbers

Simply remove them from the refrigerator, stir them and place them on a serving plate
