Lavash triangles for breakfast

 


Ingredients :

parsley​

sour cream - 3 tbsp

cheese - 200 gr

round lavash / pita bread - 4 pcs.

egg​

Method :

Chop the parsley

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater

Grease the pita bread with sour cream

Sprinkle with parsley

Next add cheese

Make a cut to the middle of the pita bread

And starting from the cut, roll it into a cone

Brush each cone with egg

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
