Chicken skewers with vegetables


Ingredients

300 gr chicken fillet

soy sauce olive

oil

lime (or lemon) juice

hot chicken seasoning

vegetables

Method

Make the marinade: mix soy sauce, olive oil, lime (or lemon) juice and chicken seasoning. For this amount of chicken you need to make 1/4 cup of marinade (I don’t give proportions, because you need to focus on your taste). Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes and pour in the marinade. Leave for soaking (I left for a day, but for chicken you can reduce the time).

When the meat is marinated, place it on wooden sticks or small skewers.

To keep the kebabs juicy, the meat must be packed very tightly. Preheat the oven in powerful grill mode to 275 degrees and place the kebabs there, after placing them on a tray (or a small form, as shown below in the photo). If you are making a lot of kebabs, you can place them on a wire rack and place a baking sheet down so that the juice can drain.

You can put any vegetables in the pan to grill them.

After 5-6 minutes, turn the kebabs over and, if necessary, pour over the marinade. And bake for another 5-6 minutes. If you want to get a golden brown crust, then the baking time needs to be increased (which is what I did) 

Serve with fresh or grilled vegetables.
